Prestini//Ricupero is an independent architectural platform based in Venice. Giuseppe Ricupero (Siracusa,1990) is an architect and PhD student at Iuav University of Venice. Marialuisa Prestini (Manerbio, 1990) is an architect at Atelier Peter Zumthor. Together they work on projects on different scales of installation design in environments related to contemporary art and architecture, from domestic to landscape. Their interventions include ephemeral environments, participatory and immersive devices, with the aim of building institutional narratives that can redefine the relationship with the existing heritage. In the last years they collaborated with several artists and public and private contemporary art institutions such as Museo civico di Castelvecchio (Verona), Fondazione RadicePura (Catania), Centro per l'Arte Contemporanea L. Pecci (Prato), La Biennale di Venezia, Fondazione Pirelli Hangar Bicocca (Milan), MAXXI (Rome).
